First Aerial Photos

Smiley Zen from the Air

I wrote an e-mail to the officers of a local flying club called Flying 20 Club out of Danbury, Connecticut (www.flying20club.org). I told them about Smiley Zen, and asked that if any of their members happen to fly over it, would they take a few pictures and e-mail it to me.

Robert Clark, an officer of the club, was kind enough to take a few pictures at about 3 PM on April 20, 2012 from his aircraft. Thank you Robert for the first aerial pictures of Smiley Zen. I really appreciate it.

Smiley Zen is in the middle of the picture, with the Igloo to its left. On the upper right of the photo is Squantz Pond. At the bottom left of the picture, you see a blurry image of the wing of the aircraft.

This is a closer view of Smiley from the air. It should look better over the next few weeks as grass grows around it.
